1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 9jl9jl Casino ("9jl9jl," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), accessible at 9jl9jl.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the 9jl9jl website, mobile browser interface, all casino games, sports betting services, promotional offerings, and any other services made available through the Platform.

By creating a 9jl9jl account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Persons under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering an account, making deposits, claiming bonuses, or participating in any game offered on the Platform.

• Not already hold an existing 9jl9jl account, whether active, dormant, or suspended
• Agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy

9jl9jl reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for such decline.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9jl9jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to notify 9jl9jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 9jl9jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 9jl9jl. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different personal details, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 9jl9jl reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals across those accounts.

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), 9jl9jl is required to verify the identity of players, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may require you to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Selfie holding your identification document, as requested
• Source of funds documentation for high-value transactions, as required by AMLA regulations

9jl9jl will process KYC submissions within three (3) to five (5) business days. Failure to complete verification within thirty (30) days of a withdrawal request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

An account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. 9jl9jl will send email and SMS notifications to the registered contact details at the six (6)-month and ten (10)-month marks. Dormant accounts with a positive PHP balance are preserved indefinitely. Accounts dormant for thirty-six (36) months with a zero balance may be archived and closed without further notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

9jl9jl supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the 9jl9jl account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited
• 9jl9jl does not charge deposit processing fees. Any fees imposed by the payment provider are the player's sole responsibility
• Deposits are credited to the player's 9jl9jl wallet in Philippine Peso (₱) only
• 9jl9jl reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and PAGCOR compliance requirements

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods held in the same name as the 9jl9jl account holder, consistent with AMLA requirements
• The first withdrawal from a new account requires completion of KYC verification before processing
• Withdrawals of funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be processed until those requirements are fully satisfied
• 9jl9jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests deemed unusual in volume or frequency
• Withdrawal processing times stated above are estimates and may be extended during periods of high volume or for security review purposes

5 Bonuses & Promotions

9jl9jl offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and referral programs. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Bonus page.

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, valid games, and validity period are stated in the specific promotion terms

6 Gameplay Rules

• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures represent long-term statistical averages across all players on the platform. Individual session outcomes will vary significantly from these averages

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9jl9jl platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and/or reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating or operating more than one 9jl9jl account
• Using or attempting to use automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software not expressly authorized by 9jl9jl to interact with the platform
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in games or the platform for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with 9jl9jl staff members
• Using the platform to launder money, engage in structuring transactions, or otherwise circumvent Anti-Money Laundering Act obligations
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any non-public area of the platform
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after making a deposit
• Abusing the promotional or bonus system through multi-accounting, artificial wagering patterns, or otherwise acting in bad faith
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive conduct toward 9jl9jl support staff

Where prohibited conduct results in identifiable losses to 9jl9jl, the Platform reserves the right to pursue recovery of those amounts through available legal channels under Philippine law.

8 Responsible Gaming

9jl9jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. The platform provides the following tools, which are accessible directly from the account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 9jl9jl platform without prior written authorization.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 9jl9jl's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — regardless of the form of action — shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's 9jl9jl account at the time the claim arose.

9jl9jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 9jl9jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9jl9jl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods, server updates, and force majeure events are explicitly excluded from liability claims. Nothing in this section shall limit 9jl9jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Privacy & Data

9jl9jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how 9jl9jl handles your personal data — including collection purposes, retention periods, and your rights as a data subject — are set out in the 9jl9jl Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering and using the 9jl9jl platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, where applicable, sharing data with PAGCOR, AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council), and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law.

12 Termination

9jl9jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account — with or without prior notice — for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player
• Instruction from PAGCOR, AMLC, or any other competent Philippine authority
• Identification of the account holder as an underage individual

Upon account termination for legitimate reasons not related to misconduct or fraud, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method, following the completion of any required KYC verification. Balances attributable to fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 9jl9jl account may do so by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within three (3) business days.

13 Amendments

9jl9jl reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 9jl9jl will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered address associated with each account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

For minor or non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory direction — notice may be provided by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page without a prior notification period.

Your continued use of the 9jl9jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 9jl9jl, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 9jl9jl's internal dispute resolution process: submit a detailed complaint to customer support, and 9jl9jl will provide a substantive written response within ten (10) business days. If the dispute is not resolved through this process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation under PAGCOR's established procedures.

If resolution is not achieved through PAGCOR mediation, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, to whose exclusive jurisdiction both parties irrevocably submit.
